As a counsellor, I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs.

Online or In-Person: Sessions can be conducted online via video conferencing or in person at your home or my office space at Kingsclere Counselling Service.

Duration: Sessions are scheduled for an hour, but we typically spend time together for about 50 minutes. Then we can take 5 mins either end to settle in or wind down.

Frequency: The frequency of sessions can be discussed based on your individual needs and preferences.

1. What is Reiki healing? Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that helps restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall wellbeing.
2. How can counselling work alongside Reiki? 
Counselling gives you a safe space to talk, process, and reflect, while Reiki supports emotional release and balance on an energetic level. Together, they create a holistic approach to healing.
3. What happens in a session? You’ll be welcomed into a calm, supportive space. We’ll begin with a talk to understand your needs, then move into the healing session. You’ll remain fully clothed, sat in a chair or lying down while I channel Reiki energy.
4. How long is a session? Sessions typically last 60 minutes, but shorter or longer appointments can be arranged depending on your needs. (If having Reiki only)
5. Where are you based? I offer in-person sessions in Basingstoke and Kingsclere (Hampshire), as well as online Reiki healing for those who prefer to connect from home.
6. Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work? No – Reiki is not linked to any religion or belief system. Many people experience deep relaxation and emotional release, regardless of their background.
7. How many sessions will I need? Everyone is different. Some people feel lighter after just one session, while others choose regular appointments to support their ongoing wellbeing.
